Our language school in Sámara
Our popular Spanish language school is located directly on the beach of Samara. Here you will learn Spanish with great views of the tropical garden of the school and the Pacific Ocean. During the breaks and after the Spanish course the students cool off in the sea or relax in the hammock. In addition, the language school in Samara is equipped with a lounge, a kitchen, a TV room, air conditioning in all 13 classrooms, as well as showers. Free wireless internet is available to the students.
The Spanish course is conducted by experienced and competent teachers. Because the classes are kept deliberately small, you will make progress rapidly and achieve a sustainable rate of success. In addition to teaching, workshops on political, social and cultural issues are offered every Friday, allowing a deep insight into the everyday life of Latin America. In this way you will find out much about Costa Rica during your language course.

Leisure time in Sámara
The school organises regular activities. At least twice a week, Latin dance courses and yoga lessons are offered. Excursions to the cloud forest of Monteverde, to the active Arenal Volcano can be booked on the weekend. Excursions in the surroundings of Samara are also offered such as coffee plantations, national parks or nature reserves. On the beautiful beaches in and around Samara, you can swim, snorkel or surf. You should definitely not miss the beautiful sunsets, and it’s best to watch this spectacle from one of the many beach bars.
Spanish and surfing
Samara is perfect for surfing. If you would like to combine your Spanish course with surfing lessons, our language school will also offer you a surf course.
